**Responsibilities**:

- Operate and maintain sewage treatment plants efficiently.
- Conduct routine inspections and tests to ensure proper functioning of equipment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to sewage treatment processes.
- Monitor plant performance and implement necessary adjustments for optimal efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records of plant operations and maintenance activities.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals and quality standards.
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times.

**Requirements**:
High school diploma or equivalent; relevant technical certifications or degrees preferred.

Prior experience in sewage treatment operations is advantageous but not mandatory.

Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to understand and troubleshoot complex systems.

Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.

Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
