Urjent Opening for AMC Assistant Proposal preparation of AMC Effluent treatment plant, Sewage Treatment Plant, Softener System, Reverse Osmosis, Demineralization plant 2. Quotation preparation supply of chemical, pump, revamping of ETP and STP, MS tank etc. 3. Handle Annual Maintenance contract of effluent treatment plant, sewage treatment plant, RO plant. 4. Day to day coordination with the entire AMC site operator. 5. Guidance to operator for proper treatment of wastewater and smooth operation of plant. 6. Training to the operator, resolve the AMC site maintenance related problem. 7. AMC site visit once in month or depend upon urgency and communicate/ discussion with client regarding operation of effluent treatment of plant and sewage treatment of plant. 8. Technical Visit report preparation with all the details of ETP, STP with valuable suggestion and mail to the client. 9. Communicate with lab for sample collection from AMC site and project site. Mail to lab for sample analysis & get the report hard copy 10. Close observation of lab report for all AMC site and accordingly guide to the operator or for treatment of wastewater. 11. Mail to account department to raise the invoice and will be in loop till the invoice get acknowledge from client. 12. Share the attendance with HR & account team for raise the salary & invoice preparation. 13. Acknowledge tax invoice mail to client for payment follow up. 14. Communicate with client related to ongoing AMC activities. 15. Day to day follow up with on site project team for completion of pending work. 16. Suggesting team for any changes in Process flow Diagram of ETP/ STP and approval. 17. Mail communication with client for AMC related query. 18. Attend the Colgate Audit & prepare the documents. 19. Get the attendance from AMC site and mail to Admin/HR department. 20. For Elementies site submit the attendance approval before 2 nd of each month 21. For All AMC’s site submit the attendance & invoices to client before 5th of each month 22. Close observation of Chemical stock at AMC site and accordingly arranging chemical at AMC site. 23. Operation and maintenance manual preparation for ETP, STP, RO, DM, Softener System. 24. ETP feasibility report preparation 25. Close coordination with HR team, manpower deployment at AMC site 26. Maintain health y professional relationship with all team members. 27. Training given of HRMS, purchase requisition sheet, AMC followup sheet, Shreeji aqua tools. 28. Discuss with operators related to attendance & salary related issue. 29.
