**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the operation and maintenance of water treatment plants.
- Learn to monitor water quality parameters and perform routine testing.
- Support senior technicians in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient plant operation.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent. A degree or certification in a related field is a plus.
- Strong interest in water treatment technology and a willingness to learn.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions effectively.
- Basic knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems is preferred
