**Position: Voice Coach (Voice & accent Trainer)**
- **Location: Mohali**:

- **Qualification: Any Graduate**:

- **Experience required: Min 2+ Years**

**Skills**
- Excellent facilitation, coaching (both in the virtual and F2F environment) and organizational development skills targeted towards employees across levels.
- Strong analytical skill with the ability to generate, analyze and present data in a meaningful way.
- Understanding of training processes and practices for adult learners. Need to have a proven track record of handling teams.
- Excellent Interpersonal skills and expert in leading teams across locations
- Proven ability to analyze client needs and agree on client specifications for learning content/materials
- Knowledge of LMS, learning tools and virtual collaboration tools essential
- Ability to handle and deliver many and diverse projects and tasks including partnering with external entities (as required)
- Excellent listening, oral, and written communication skills.
- Experience in benchmarking HRD best practices

Qualifications and Education Requirements
- Bachelor's degree is must. Any Specification
- Certifications in training TEFL or IELTS is preferred
- 2+ years' experience preferably from BPO /ITES industry /US healthcare /English Teaching institutions.
- communication training/soft skills training /coaching and mentorship/English Grammar /pronunciation /Voice neutralization and Basic English language
- should be strong in English grammar and VnA
- should have good exposure on Training need identification, Training need analysis and Training need evaluation
- should be sound on basic English language training.

**Salary**: Up to ₹600,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mohali, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:
