- Experience in ITIL Framework
- Experience in providing 24X7 Operation support, including on-call support / roster
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent documentation and communication skills.
- Strong commitment to quality and auditability

**Experience**:

- 4-8 years Technology experience
- Knowledge of core AWS data services such as: S3, RDS, Redshift, Glue, Athena, DynamoDB, EMR, Kinesis, Apache Airflow, Kinesis Firehouse.
- Software Delivery technical skills such as CI/CD, Build Servers, Software/Source Code Configuration Management.

**Key Accountabilities**
- Ensure Production Environment stability - Perform Health Checks, Software Patching
- Proactive Monitoring and Be first to be aware of any failures.
- Timely response to Incidents, Customer Queries and Service Requests
- Review and Follow Runbooks. Feedback for updates
- Take ownership and accountability for production service, including incident & problem investigation, root cause determination and resolution
- Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade existing systems, including participating in DR test
- Team Player and flexible to shifts hours in a 24&7 support
- Comply with industry standards and regulatory requirements
- Coaching & mentoring of other Service Team members
