**Responsibilities**:
1. Process incoming customer orders promptly and accurately, ensuring timely fulfillment.

Collaborate with logistics partners to track shipments and ensure on-time delivery.

2. Provide essential customer support through voice communication, addressing inquiries regarding orders and shipments.

3. Maintain meticulous records of orders, shipments, and customer interactions.

4. Liaise with internal teams to ensure customer requirements are met efficiently.

5. Utilize basic Excel skills to analyze data and generate reports.

6. Identify and promptly report any issues related to orders, shipments, or customer interactions to appropriate team members.

Assist in various administrative tasks as required.

**Requirements**:
1. High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree is a plus.

2. Familiarity with online shopping platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, and an inherent interest in E-commerce.

3. Comfortable with utilizing internet resources effectively.

4. Basic knowledge of Excel and a capability to analyze data.

5. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

6. Strong organizational abilities, enabling efficient multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

7. Keen attention to detail, ensuring the maintenance of accurate records.

8. Customer-centric approach and a commitment to delivering outstanding service.

9. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

**Salary**: From ₹18,000.00 per month
