About the Role:
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and executing digital marketing campaigns for our e-commerce store and tours and travels business. You will work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement effective digital marketing strategies that drive traffic, engagement, and conversions.

**Responsibilities**:

- Plan, execute and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels such as Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, and other relevant platforms.
- Conduct market research and analyze customer data to develop effective marketing strategies.
- Work with the marketing team to create engaging content for social media and other digital channels.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns and provide regular reports to the marketing team.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of running successful campaigns for e-commerce stores and tours and travels businesses.
- Experience with Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and other digital marketing platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Analytics, and other relevant tools.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
