Employment: Full Time Permanent On-Role

**Salary**: Upto Rs. 20,000/- (As per Experience, Work & Interview)

Gender: Male & Female both can Apply

Duty: 10am to 7pm **(Work From OFFICE Only)**
- 6 days working, Rotational Week off.

Job Location: DC Dey Road, Dhapa Panchanan Tala, Tangra, Near Sealdaha / Dhapa Bypass, Kolkata 700015

**Job Role & Requirements**:

- Specialized design services, publishing, advertising or related services.
- Social Media Management, Strong communication, Conceptual thinking, Marketing skills, Design skills.
- Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Proficient in keyword research, on-page optimization, link building, and performance tracking to drive organic traffic and improve search engine rankings.
- Social Media Marketing: Expertise in managing social media platforms, creating compelling content, running paid campaigns, and analyzing performance metrics to enhance brand presence and engagement.
- Content Creation: Skilled in crafting engaging and SEO-optimized content for websites, blogs, and social media platforms to drive audience engagement and increase organic reach.
- Google Analytics: Proficient in utilizing Google Analytics to track website traffic, user behavior, and conversion rates, providing data-driven insights to optimize marketing strategies.
- Digital Analytics: Strong analytical skills to interpret marketing data, generate reports, and provide actionable insights for continuous campaign improvement.
