**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Customer Assistance**: Greet and assist customers in selecting garments based on their preferences and needs.
- **Sales & Target Achievement**: Drive sales and meet/exceed assigned targets through effective product recommendations.
- **Product Knowledge**: Stay informed about the latest fashion trends and product details to enhance customer service.
- **Store Maintenance**: Ensure the showroom is clean, well-organized, and visually appealing.
- **Billing & Inventory Management**: Handle customer transactions efficiently and assist in stock management.
- **Customer Relationship Building**: Foster positive relationships to encourage repeat business.
- **Team Coordination**: Work collaboratively with colleagues to enhance overall store performance.
**Required Skills & Qualifications**:
**Minimum Experience**: 6 months in retail sales (Garments/Fashion preferred)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to persuade and influence customers effectively
Presentable, enthusiastic, and customer-focused approach
Basic knowledge of billing and inventory management
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
