**We are hiring for Telecallers for our Royal Enfield Showroom in Dehradun.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Call on the provided leads and convert them for the company through telephonic conversations by making customers visit to the showroom.
- Maintain and monitor the records of all the conversations, be it customer feedback, purchase orders or queries.
- Stick to the script and strategy, but also improvise it when needed.
- Liaise with the concerned department regarding customer queries and complaints.
- Meet weekly/monthly sales/Service targets by developing a marketing strategy.

**Qualifications**:

- Prior experience working as a telecaller or in a similar role.
- Great communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proven record of meeting targets.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month

**Benefits**:

- Weekend availability

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
