**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage, monitor, and optimize SQL databases (on-prem and Azure).
- Support migration, upgrades, and performance tuning activities.
- Implement database security, backup, and recovery strategies.
- Collaborate with the Data Team Lead and business stakeholders to ensure availability and scalability.
- Troubleshoot database-related issues and provide proactive solutions.
- Document processes and provide knowledge transfer as needed.

**Required Skills**:

- Proven experience in **SQL Database Administration** (on-prem and Azure).
- Strong knowledge of **Azure SQL Database, SQL Server, and related cloud services**.
- Hands-on experience in database performance tuning and optimization.
- Expertise in database backup, recovery, and security management.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.

**Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)**:

- Experience with **Microsoft Fabric**.
- Familiarity with data integration and reporting tools.
- Prior consulting or transition support experience.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
