Key Responsibilities:

- Install, configure, and maintain databases to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Monitor and optimize database performance to enhance efficiency and responsiveness.
- Manage backups, recovery, and high availability strategies to ensure data integrity and uptime.
- Implement and enforce data security measures and manage access permissions.
- Monitor and resolve database performance and integrity issues to maintain smooth operations.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

- Degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience with Postgres SQL and NoSQL DBMS.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar role.
- Database administration certifications are a plus.
- Experience working with database clusters, such as Patroni.
- Expertise in database performance optimization and tuning.
- Strong knowledge of backup and recovery practices.
- Proficiency in SQL scripting and database management tools.
- Diverse certifications in relevant technologies are advantageous.
- Strong understanding of database security practices.
- Prior work experience in a tech start-up environment is a plus.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English is required.

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
