**Job Title**: Telesales Executive cum Dental Receptionist

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Telesales Executive cum Receptionist to join our team. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to manage front desk operations efficiently.

**Location**: Dr. VJ Dental Studio, Salem, Tamil Nadu (Hotel Vasantham Road, Oppo to new bus stand Salem)

**Timing**: 4:00pm to 8:30pm

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound and outbound calls to potential patients generated through various marketing activities.
- Convert leads into appointments and ensure a high conversion rate.
- Manage front desk operations, including greeting patients, scheduling appointments, and handling inquiries.
- Maintain accurate records of patient interactions and appointments.
- Assist in administrative tasks as needed.

**Basic Skills Needed**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Customer service-oriented with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
