Key Responsibilities
Lead SEO/SEM Efforts: Drive organic traffic growth through keyword optimization, content development, and technical SEO practices.
Content Marketing Management: Collaborate with content creators to develop campaigns aligned with business objectives.
Paid Advertising: Manage and optimize campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other platforms to achieve KPIs.
Analytics and Reporting: Monitor performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, and provide actionable insights to improve campaign outcomes.
Conversion Rate Optimization: Implement CRO techniques to enhance user experience and boost lead generation and e-commerce conversions.
Budget Management: Oversee digital marketing budgets to ensure cost-efficiency and strong ROI.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including design, sales, and product development, to ensure cohesive and effective marketing campaigns.
Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
Required Skills and Experience
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
Experience: 3+ years of proven experience in digital marketing, including campaign management and strategic planning.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and HubSpot.
Experience with A/B testing, CRO, and marketing automation platforms.
Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret data and optimize strategies accordingly.
Creative Skills: Innovative mindset for designing engaging campaigns that convert.
Leadership: Demonstrated experience in managing teams or cross-functional projects.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for both internal collaboration and external engagement.
Preferred Qualifications
Certifications such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, HubSpot Inbound Marketing, or Facebook Blueprint.
Experience with graphic design tools like Canva or Adobe Photoshop.
Knowledge of CRM platforms like Salesforce or Marketo.
