Job Overview:

We are looking for a results-oriented and creative Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing our online marketing efforts. You will lead various digital campaigns, analyze performance metrics, and collaborate cross-functionally to enhance the online presence of ASPL and its clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage end-to-end digital marketing strategies including SEO, SEM, PPC campaigns
  • Plan, implement, and monitor paid digital marketing campaigns on platforms Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram (Meta), and LinkedIn
  • Conduct keyword research and implement on-page/off-page SEO best practices
  • Manage company and client social media accounts; ensure engaging content and timely posting
  • Create and manage email marketing campaigns and lead nurturing workflows
  • Analyze website traffic and campaign performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and other tools
  • Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports and suggest optimizations
  • Coordinate with content writers and designers to create high-quality digital assets
  • Stay current on emerging trends and technologies in digital marketing
  • Support in lead generation and brand awareness campaigns

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
  • 2–4 years of proven work experience in digital marketing roles

Proficiency in tools like:

  • Google Ads & Meta Ads Manager
  • Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager
  • SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, etc.)
  • Email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, Zoho Campaigns, etc.)
  • Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (basic knowledge preferred)
  • Knowledge of CRM tools (Zoho CRM, HubSpot) is a plus
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Data-driven mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving ability
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Preferred Skills (Optional but Advantageous):
  • Experience with video marketing, YouTube SEO, or influencer marketing
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools
  • Basic understanding of HTML/CSS
  • Google or Meta Certifications
