**Depository Participant (DP) Operations Associate**involves handling operational tasks related to securities transactions and account management in Bangalore.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Account Management**:

- Opening, updating, and closing Demat accounts.
- Maintaining accurate client information.
- Resolving client queries about accounts or transaction history.
- **Securities Transactions**:

- Managing the transfer and settlement of securities.
- Ensuring securities are credited/debited accurately and on time.
- **Corporate Actions**:

- Updating accounts for events like dividends or stock splits.
- Informing and assisting clients with these updates.
- **Reconciliation & Reporting**:

- Matching client account records with the depository daily.
- Identifying and resolving any mismatches.
- **Client Support**:

- Providing transaction updates and resolving issues.
- Ensuring high client satisfaction through effective communication.
- **System Operations**:

- Operating depository software to process transactions.
- Handling documentation like account forms and transfer instructions.

Skills Required:

- **Education**: Degree in Commerce, Finance, or related fields.
- **Experience**: 2-3 years in financial operations or securities services.
- **Knowledge**: Familiarity with financial instruments, SEBI regulations, and depository systems like NSDL/CDSL.
- **Technical**: Proficiency in MS Office and depository software.
- **Soft Skills**: Attention to detail, communication, problem-solving, and ability to handle pressure.

Certification:

- **NISM-VI Depository Operations Certification** is mandatory.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
