Key Responsibilities:
TOSCA Test Automation: Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts using TOSCA Test Suite. Develop and maintain reusable test components.
Test Strategy & Planning: Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to understand the functional requirements and create a comprehensive test strategy for Salesforce projects.
Defect Management: Identify, log, and track defects using defect management tools. Work closely with developers to ensure timely defect resolution.
Salesforce Configuration Testing: Validate configurations and customizations within Salesforce, including Apex classes, Visualforce pages, Lightning components, and Salesforce APIs.
End-to-End Testing: Execute end-to-end testing cycles across various Salesforce modules (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, etc.) to ensure seamless integration and user experience.
Continuous Improvement: Suggest improvements to the testing process, tools, and methodologies to enhance testing efficiency and effectiveness.
Reporting & Documentation: Generate and maintain test reports, defect logs, and test results documentation to keep stakeholders informed about quality progress.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Salesforce developers, business analysts, and project managers, to ensure alignment and proper test coverage.
