Senior or Solution Architect (10-15 Years experience):
Roles and Responsibilities: Need Sr solution Architect with 10 to 15 yrs of experience in
Technical Leadership and Mentorship: Provided architectural guidance and best practices, leading technical teams and mentoring junior engineers to ensure high-quality deliverables and adherence to industry standards.
Delivery Methodologies:
Extensive experience in agile software development, actively participating in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to drive continuous improvement and deliver projects on time and within scope.
Regularly assist in risk assessment and mitigation, working closely with managers to address potential challenges and optimize project outcomes.
**Requirements**:
Over 12 years of professional experience in java development.
Strong proficiency in java and object-oriented programming principles.
Extensive experience with Java frameworks and libraries such as Spring, Hibernate, Maven, Spring boot, AWS etc.
Proficiency in database technologies such as, Oracle, SQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB etc.
Familiarity in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript and relevant frameworks (e.g. Angular, react).
Experience with RESTful APIs, Microservice architecture and cloud platforms (e.g. AWS, azure) is highly desirable.
migrating monolithic database (oracle) to various options MongoDB or PostgreseSQL including structure, data and code.
Migrating existing message services to cloud supported message services like KAFKA etc.,
Containerization and Observability: Experience with Kubernetes and Docker, including logging, monitoring, tracing, and alerting. Successfully migrated multiple data center projects to Kubernetes, optimizing performance
