**Job Purpose**

Manage the procurement process for Radio related equipment and services

**Key Result Areas/Accountabilities**

**Radio related Procurement**
- Support the procurement pertaining to Radio NW Category - RRUs, BBUs, IM and Services.
- Localisation of Installation Material, Cabinets, Servers etc. (third party material) & Telecom Services (multiple vendors) as alternatives to OEMs in view of increasing price challenges.
- Procuring new technologies like Open RAN, Self-Organising Network, other Software driven solutions as well as 5G.
- Preparing and floating RFPs to vendors, Detailed understanding of BOQ/ SOW for required clarifications to Suppliers
- Commercial Benchmarking (internal as well as competitive benchmarks)
- Support negotiations of prices and terms with vendors
- Preparation of price sheets with discounts and uploading contracts in the system.

**Budgeting and Ordering**
- Providing unit Price against line items in BoQ for capex budget including all applicable taxes and duties
- Preparing the deal sheets for PO release with all T&Cs
- Ensuring timely release of POs in coordination with CST and Users.

**Delivery Monitoring**
- Manage escalations from clusters related to deliveries from all concerned vendors.
- Ensure that Corp user team has provided the deployment plans for utilisation of the material at Clusters.
- Sort out logistics issues related to pick-up and custom clearance where urgent vendor intervention is required.

**Contract Management**
- Monitoring the contract parameters for strict compliance
- Providing required input ( Price sheet/ deal sheet/MOU) for contract creation in ERP
- Ensuring contracts are entered in system promptly and are always up-to-date

**FoC Reconciliation**
- Quarterly FoC Calculation of discounts in various contracts
- Getting the calculations vetted and agreed with vendor
- Settling any excess/deficit promptly with proper records

**Mat Code Creation**
- Coordinating with user and vendor for item description
- Providing details to user for filling the MAT code template.
- Providing HSN code and approving in system
- Coordinating with Finance & SSC to create MAT codes.

**Vendor Management**
- Monitoring Large Supplier performance - OEM partners of Radio, ORAN Partners, Local Suppliers for IM and services
- Supplier Management - Time to time sign of price sheets/ Addendum/ MOU, resolving issues /challenges if Any
- Ensuring timely payments and resolving escalations

**Internal User Management**
- Proper coordination with Internal Users ( Technology team) for detailed understanding on BOQ/SOW
- On time response to query/ request from users on price closures

**Audit**
- Ensure that there is no non-compliance in various audits
- Close monitoring and timely closure of any point if raised in audit

**Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience**
- A self
- starter who is results driven-with high levels of self
- motivation.
- Understanding of Telecom technology
- Understanding the requirement from the user teams from a techno-commercial point of view.
- Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills

**Must have technical / professional qualifications**
- Engineering Graduate /MBA preferred
- Certification in the field of Supply Chain (preferred)
