**General Accounting and Ledger Maintenance**:

- Maintain and update general ledgers for each branch, ensuring accuracy and timely entries.
- Conduct month-end and year-end closing processes, balancing accounts and reconciling discrepancies.
- Reconcile bank statements, accounts payable, and accounts receivable across branches.

**Zoho Books Management**:

- Record and track financial transactions in Zoho Books, including expenses, invoices, and other entries.
- Generate and review financial reports in Zoho Books, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
- **GST Compliance and Taxation**:_
- Ensure timely filing of GST returns and manage all GST-related processes.
- Work with tax consultants to prepare and submit required tax documentation.
- **Financial Reporting and Analysis**:_
- Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports for each branch, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow analysis.
- Analyze financial data to identify areas for cost optimization and increased efficiency.
- **Accounts Payable and Receivable**:_
- Oversee invoicing, collections, and payment follow-ups to ensure accurate and timely financial transactions.
- Review vendor invoices, verify accuracy, and process payments accordingly.
- **Budgeting and Forecasting Support**:_
- Assist in budget preparation for each branch, providing insights and ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Monitor budgets and report any variances to management.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting
- Proficiency in Zoho Books or similar accounting software.
- Strong understanding of GST regulations and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent attention to detail, analytical skills, and time management.
- Good communication skills and ability to work independently.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
