**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Accounts Payable**:

- Process and verify invoices and payment requests.
- Ensure timely payment of all vendor bills and maintain accurate records of payments.
- Reconcile accounts payable ledger to ensure accuracy.
- **Accounts Receivable**:

- Prepare and send invoices to clients/customers.
- Monitor and follow up on overdue accounts.
- Ensure accurate and timely recording of all incoming payments.
- **General Ledger Management**:

- Assist in maintaining and updating the general ledger.
- Prepare journal entries and post transactions into the accounting system.
- Assist with monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing processes.
- **Financial Reporting**:

- Assist in preparing monthly financial reports such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Reconcile bank statements and other financial accounts on a regular basis.
- **Tax Compliance**:

- Assist in the preparation and filing of tax returns (sales tax, VAT, etc.).
- Ensure compliance with local and international tax regulations.
- **Budgeting & Forecasting**:

- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts.
- Track and report budget variances.
- **Audit Support**:

- Assist in the preparation for external and internal audits.
- Provide necessary documentation and records to auditors as required.
- **Ad-hoc Tasks**:

- Handle any other accounting-related tasks or projects as assigned by the finance manager or senior management.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Night shift

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Accounts: 10 years (preferred)

License/Certification:
