Open Creatives is a dynamic and innovative creative agency dedicated to producing compelling and award-winning campaigns. We are currently seeking a Copywriter to join our talented team of driven and passionate individuals.
**Responsibilities**:
- Grasp brand briefs, tonality, and communication structures of assigned brands.
- Adapt work for various categories, markets, and target audiences.
- Craft effective, platform-specific copy while ensuring accuracy and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Conceptualize and produce creative content for digital, print, social media, and other mediums.
- Work as a key team player, collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
- Present ideas to clients clearly and effectively.
- Adapt ideas based on client feedback and collaborate on refining concepts.
- Collaborate with the creative team in ideation and actively participate in brainstorming sessions.
- Stay updated on the latest trends, campaigns, and audience behavior to enhance creative output.
**Requirements**:
- Showcase an outstanding copy portfolio with released work across various mediums.
- Proficient in writing/conceptualizing in Malayalam & English (preferred).
- 2-3 years of experience in an agency environment.
- Ability to conceptualize, ideate, and execute ideas across integrated mediums.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Capacity to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
