**_As a Data Scientist Engineer, you will play a key role in developing and implementing advanced data science solutions to solve complex business problems and drive innovation within our organization._**

**What you will do**:

- Design, develop, and implement robust machine learning models focusing on statistical methods and classic ML algorithms (e.g., regression, decision trees, clustering, etc.).
- Develop and deploy scalable and robust machine learning pipelines and solutions using MLOps best practices.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, product management, and business stakeholders to identify opportunities and define requirements for data science projects.
- Explore and experiment with new technologies, tools, and techniques to continuously improve and enhance our data science capabilities.
- Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior members of the data science team, fostering a culture of learning and innovation.
- Communicate complex technical concepts and findings to non-technical stakeholders clearly and concisely.

**What are we looking for**:

- ***5+ years of experience in data science**, with a strong focus on **statistical ML and classic ML techniques.**
- Proficiency in **data modelling** and model evaluation methodologies.
- Experience with machine learning algorithms such as linear and logistic regression, decision trees, k-means clustering, random forests, SVMs, etc.
- Hands-on experience with **Python** (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn) or other data science programming languages.
- Familiarity with Generative AI models and Large Language Models (LLMs) (e.g., GPT, BERT) is a plus.
- Experience with deep learning frameworks such as **Tensor Flow, and PyTorch **is a plus.
- Strong understanding of data pre-processing techniques, feature engineering, and data visualization tools.
- Proven ability to work with large datasets and design efficient pipelines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly.
- Strong background in mathematics and statistics, including probability, hypothesis testing, and optimization.
