**Key Responsibilities**:

- Present and host **short videos (Reels/Shorts)** with high energy and clear communication.
- Deliver content on topics related to **education, technology, and career development** (or brand-specific themes).
- Collaborate with the **content and marketing teams** to plan and script engaging reel ideas.
- Maintain a natural on-screen presence, using expressions and tone suited for social media audiences.
- Participate in **shoots, voiceovers, interviews, and brand campaigns** as required.
- Stay updated with **Instagram trends, transitions, and audio trends** to keep content fresh and relevant.
- Promote brand values, events, and courses in an engaging, story-driven manner.
- Assist in **caption writing or basic video coordination** when needed.

**Skills & Qualities**:

- Strong **communication and presentation skills** in English and Tamil (preferred).
- Confident on camera with expressive body language and voice modulation.
- Familiarity with **Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and trending content styles**.
- Ability to **improvise** and engage with an audience naturally.
- Creative mindset with interest in **digital marketing and content creation**.
- Basic understanding of lighting, framing, and camera presence is a plus.

**Qualifications**:

- Any degree with a flair for media, communication, or marketing.
- Prior experience as an **anchor, presenter, or influencer** preferred (freshers with good presence also welcome).

**Job Types**: Part-time, Fresher, Contractual / Temporary, Freelance
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹35,393.80 per month

Expected hours: 5 per week
