**RECEPTIONIST/FRONT DESK REPRESENTATIVE**

**General Accountability**:
The **Receptionist /** **Front Desk Representative** is responsible for providing support to all aspects of the business. They will ensure that all reception, administrative and accounting functions are carried out in an efficient, effective and professional manner.

**Receptionist Job Description**:

- Greet and welcome visitors as soon as they arrive at the office
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
- Answer, screen and forward all incoming phone calls
- Ensure reception area is clean, safe and presentable, with all necessary material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures)
- Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries

**Qualifications Preferred**:

- Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Good organizational skills with polite customer service attitude
- Must reside in Coimbatore

**Salary**: ₹8,086.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)
