Marketing Assistant

Job Overview:
Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns and strategies.
- Create and schedule social media content across various platforms.
- Monitor and engage with our online community, responding to comments and messages.
- Help organize and coordinate marketing events, trade shows, and promotions.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer preferences.
- Prepare and analyze marketing reports, including website traffic, social media engagement, and campaign performance.
- Create marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and digital graphics.
- Maintain and update the company's website and ensure it reflects the latest information.
- Support the marketing team in other administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or in progress).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in social media platforms and content management systems.
- Basic knowledge of marketing principles and digital marketing trends.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Creative mindset with an eye for design and detail.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications (not required but a plus):

- Knowledge of basic graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
- Familiarity with SEO and SEM principles.
- Previous marketing or internship experience.
