**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and grow sales through dealers and retailers
- Promote company products and schemes to customers
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Conduct regular market visits
- Ensure timely collection and market feedback reporting

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 1-2 years of field sales experience in the paint industry
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel or mobile reporting tools
- Self-driven and target-oriented
