1. Maintaining of furnace and batch house parameters set by HOD/Manager Glass, for daily operations.

2. Taking corrective actions as per instructions of HOD/Manager Glass in case of abnormalities

3. IMS Internal Audit (EMS, EnMS)

4. Responsible for department related MFG/PRO activities.

5. Updating ISO Documents and Records and ISO Training to sub-ordinates

6. Responsible for Good House Keeping of furnace departments.

7. Taking corrective actions in case of abnormalities and safety precautions during operations

8. Awareness training to all Furnace Engineers/technicians and contract workmen for environment protection.

9. SAP related activities.

10.Maintaining inventories as per process requirements.

11.Co-ordinate Training and Development activities with HOD/Manager Glass.

12.Provide PPE to all staff and maintaining records.

13.Responsible for maintaining Energy Budget Target in Furnace along with Manager Glass/HOD

14.Responsible for Repairing plans, energy saving plans and new developments.

15.Furnace life extension, furnace maintenance schedule preparation and adherence.

16.Fore hearth Management: System Implementation, monitoring and troubleshooting.

17.Instructions to shift glass technicians for the smooth operations of Furnace

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
