Role: Furnace Operator - Induction Furnace & Melter

Location: Near to Kadi, Becharaji, Viramgam, Vithalapur

Education: Diploma/ITI

Experience: 3 to 8 years

Roles and Responsibilities:

  1. Controlling the furnace to melt metal & analyzing the materials being melted
  2. Ensuring & Performing melting operations, maintenance and safety checks on the furnace and equipment.
  3. Conducting regular inspections and audits of the foundry operations to ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
  4. Ensure Removal of dross from the surface of molten metal & Cleaning the furnace and work area.
  5. Recording production data, such as start and stop times, temperatures, and gas pressures & charge details.

Skills & Qualifications: To run DC caster on target time.

  1. Experience of melting processes on an induction furnace.
  2. Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  3. A strong commitment to safety and environmental compliance.
