Company Description I Vision Infotech is a comprehensive IT company based in India that specializes in high-quality cost-effective web and e-commerce solutions Since its founding in 2011 I Vision Infotech has served clients domestically and internationally including clients in the USA Malaysia Australia Canada and the United Kingdom Our services include web design development e-commerce and mobile app services across various platforms such as Android IOS Windows and Blackberry Location Kadi Experience 0-2 Years Freshers with good communication skills can also apply Employment Type Full-Time Job Overview We are looking for a passionate and proactive HR Executive to join our team The ideal candidate should be eager to learn and grow in the field of Human Resources handle day-to-day HR activities and support the HR department in ensuring smooth operations Key Responsibilities End-to-End Recruitment Job posting resume screening shortlisting coordinating interviews and onboarding Employee Data Management Maintaining accurate employee records attendance leaves and HR files Induction Onboarding Conducting joining formalities employee induction programs and orientation HR Operations Managing offer letters appointment letters confirmation letters and exit formalities Employee Engagement Organizing events activities and initiatives to keep employees motivated Grievance Handling Supporting employees with queries related to HR policies salary leaves etc Performance Management Support Assisting in performance review processes Required Skills Qualities Strong communication and interpersonal skills Good organizational and multitasking abilities Basic knowledge of HR processes MS Office Excel Word PowerPoint Familiarity with HRMS software preferred but not mandatory Problem-solving attitude with eagerness to learn Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive data Qualification Any Graduate MBA in HR or equivalent preferred Perks Benefits Learning and growth opportunities in HR domain Friendly work environment Exposure to HR operations and recruitment processes Certificate for freshers on completion of probation period Note Only local candidates from Kadi will be considered for this position Applications from outside this location will not be processed Job Type Full-time Pay 10 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Work Location In person
