**Job Description - Production Supervisor (Glass Industry)**

**Location**: Kadi
**Position**: Production Supervisor - Glass Industry
**Experience**: 3-5 Years
**Salary**: 20,000/- 25000/
- **Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise day-to-day production operations in the glass manufacturing unit.
- Plan, organise, and monitor production schedules to meet output and quality targets.
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and compliance with company policies.
- Allocate work, manage manpower, and monitor performance of operators and technicians.
- Coordinate with the maintenance team to ensure smooth running of machinery and equipment.
- Maintain production reports, downtime records, and ensure timely MIS reporting.
- Implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce wastage.
- Ensure proper quality checks at every stage of production.
- Train and guide workers on best practices and operational standards.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical / Production / Industrial Engineering or relevant field.
- 3-5 years of supervisory experience in the glass or manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of production processes, machinery, and safety protocols.
- Leadership, problem-solving, and team management skills.
- Good communication and reporting ability.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,507.68 - ₹21,257.51 per month
