**Job Description for ITI Wireman / Electrician (1 Year Experience) - Kadi, Gujarat**

**Position**: ITI Wireman / Electrician (1 Year Experience)

**Salary**: ₹12,000 - ₹14,000 CTC
**Location**: Kadi, Gujarat

**Responsibilities**:

- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in the glass manufacturing plant.
- Handle the wiring of machines, control panels, and electrical circuits.
- Perform regular maintenance of electrical systems, ensuring they are operational and safe.
- Troubleshoot electrical faults and malfunctions in production machinery and equipment.
- Assist in the installation of new electrical systems or equipment as required.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and electrical standards.
- Work closely with senior electricians and the maintenance team to minimize downtime and improve operational efficiency.
- Monitor electrical panels and control systems to ensure proper functioning.
- Conduct periodic inspections and preventive maintenance of all electrical systems.
- Keep records of maintenance activities and electrical system modifications.

**Required Skills**:

- Minimum 1 year of experience as an Electrician or Wireman, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setup.
- Proficient in electrical system installation, wiring, and maintenance.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and diagrams.
- Familiarity with electrical panels, motor control systems, and various electrical equipment.
- Experience in troubleshooting and repairing electrical faults in machinery.
- Understanding of electrical safety standards and procedures.
- Ability to work in a high-paced, production-oriented environment.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

**Qualifications**:

- ITI in Electrical Engineering / Wireman.
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in electrical maintenance or installation, ideally in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with glass manufacturing equipment is a plus.
