**Job Description for ITI Wireman / Electrician (Fresher) - Kadi, Gujarat**

**Position**: ITI Wireman / Electrician (Fresher)

**Salary**: ₹12,000 - ₹14,000 CTC
**Location**: Kadi, Gujarat

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems in the factory.
- Wiring of machines, panels, and electrical equipment.
- Ensure proper electrical connections and safety standards are followed.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical issues as needed.
- Help with routine maintenance of electrical panels and systems.
- Work with senior electricians to carry out various electrical tasks.
- Ensure the smooth functioning of all electrical operations and reduce downtime.
- Perform regular inspections of electrical systems to identify and correct issues.

**Required Skills**:

- Basic knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, and installations.
- Ability to read electrical blueprints and technical diagrams.
- Hands-on skills with electrical tools and equipment.
- Basic understanding of safety protocols and electrical standards.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to the factory environment.
- Strong attention to detail and good problem-solving abilities.

**Qualifications**:

- Completed ITI in Electrical Engineering /Wireman.
- No prior experience required, but an eagerness to learn is essential.
