Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our growing team in Indore. The BDE will be responsible for generating new leads, building relationships with potential clients, and driving sales growth. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. The role requires working during night shifts.

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify and research potential clients within target markets.
- Qualify leads and assess their needs.
- Schedule and conduct meetings/presentations with potential clients.
- Develop and deliver compelling sales proposals and presentations.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve overall company objectives.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with clients.
- Highly motivated, self-starter with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Comfortable working night shifts.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
