Role Overview:
We are seeking dynamic and result-oriented female Business Development Executives who will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and contributing to the growth of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calls, meetings, and networking.
Explain company products/services to potential clients and maintain strong client relationships.
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets as assigned.
Follow up with leads and ensure timely conversion.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of clients.
Prepare and maintain MIS reports related to sales and business development activities.
Represent the company in meetings, presentations, and promotional activities.
Required Skills & Competencies:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good presentation and negotiation abilities.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Ability to handle client queries with professionalism.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Qualifications:
Graduate/Postgraduate in any stream.
Prior experience in Sales/Business Development will be an added advantage.
Fresher candidates with strong communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
