We are looking for a talented and experienced UI/UX Engineer to join our innovative team at KrypC. As a UI/UX Engineer, you will play a key role in designing and developing creative and user-centric Web3 interfaces. You will work closely with our Full Stack Developers and Blockchain Engineers to translate complex technical requirements into seamless and engaging user experiences. If you are passionate about combining functionality with aesthetics, thrive in a collaborative environment, and have a keen interest in the Web3 and blockchain space, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Full Stack Developers and Blockchain Engineers, to understand project requirements and technical constraints.
- Develop user personas, user flows, wireframes, and prototypes to communicate design ideas and user interactions effectively.
- Translate design concepts into responsive and visually appealing UI components for implementation by the development team.
- Ensure that the user interface is consistent with the overall brand guidelines and project requirements.
- Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iterate and improve upon design concepts.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and design best practices to enhance the team's creative capabilities.
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to understand business goals and user needs.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science and Engineering, Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- Proficient in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Strong portfolio showcasing Web3 UX/UI design projects.
- Experience collaborating with development teams and a solid understanding of frontend technologies.
- Familiarity with blockchain technologies and an understanding of their impact on user experiences.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
- Knowledge of Agile or Scrum methodologies is a plus.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
