**Job description**

We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to join our creative team. If you have a keen eye for design and a passion for improving user experiences, we’d love to hear from you

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct user research and analyze user feedback to inform design decisions.
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate design ideas.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and alignment with business goals.
- Conduct usability testing and gather insights to refine and improve design solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UI/UX design.
- Create and maintain design documentation, including style guides and design specifications.
- Ensure designs are consistent with brand guidelines and contribute to a cohesive visual identity.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role with a strong portfolio of design projects.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and practices.
- Experience with responsive design and mobile-first design approaches.
- Excellent visual design skills with attention to detail and a strong sense of aesthetics.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (for design purposes) is a plus.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹266,869.10 - ₹530,687.40 per year
