_**Responsibilities**_

- **Working in collaboration with the center facilities team members.**:

- **Adhering to the local, state, and federal requirements.**:

- **Helping in Developing curriculum as per the specifications.**:

- **Assisting the HR department in finding, sourcing, and hiring new employees.**:

- **Providing necessary training to the new employees.**:

- **Managing the center’s finances by setting budgets.**:

- **Organizing meetings with parents based on their educational needs.**:

- **Observing the teaching skills of the Teachers.**:

- **Maintaining student records according to the enrollment procedures.**:

- **Making sure that the centre is sufficiently stocked and restocked as and when needed.**:

- **Maintaining a healthy relationship with the regulatory bodies.**:

- **Overseeing all the office functions such as tuition, billing, payroll, etc.**

**Requirements**:

- **Bachelor’s degree from a recognized University.**:

- **Proven work experience as a Center in charge or a similar role in the Education Segment.**:

- **Must be a valid resident of West Bengal.**:

- **Professional certificate in Child Development Associate (CDA) will be an added advantage.**:

- **Extensive knowledge and understanding of local, state, and federal child care legislation.**:

- **Excellent verbal and written communication skills.**:

- **Sound understanding of child development.**:

- **Good conflict resolution skills.**:

- **Outstanding ability to make a decision promptly.**:

- **Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently.**:

- **A highly organized and detail-oriented individual.**:

- **Strong budget and reporting skills.**:

- **Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.**:

- **Strong work ethic.**:

- **Having a good leadership Skill**
