**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct cold calls to potential clients to introduce IT services and generate interest.
- Schedule appointments and follow up with leads to ensure effective communication.
- Develop and maintain relationships with prospects through consistent outreach.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless handoff of qualified leads.
- Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly outreach and appointment-setting targets.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and leads in the CRM system.
- Stay updated on IT service offerings and market trends to address client queries effectively.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in cold calling, outbound sales, and lead generation, preferably in IT services.
- Fluency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive, proactive approach.
- Experience working in a US shift or similar time zone preferred.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools is a plus.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
