**About the Role**:
Are you a results-driven **Business Development Executive** with a passion for **real estate sales**? Bannstudio Agency is hiring for a **remote appointment setter** to work with AUSTRALIAN CLIENTS.
This is an excellent opportunity for experienced sales professionals skilled in **cold calling**, **lead generation**, and **B2C appointment setting**, who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are flexible with early working hours (between 6:00 AM - 7:00 AM IST).
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Make **outbound B2C cold calls** to warm and cold leads to schedule appointments with senior leadership.
- Qualify leads by understanding their real estate needs and readiness to buy or invest.
- Set up high-quality **sales meetings** for the senior team.
- Explain key property features and benefits in a clear, confident manner.
- Use CRM systems to log activities and manage lead pipelines.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and maintain communication throughout the lead lifecycle.
**Key Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- **Minimum 1.5 years of experience** in outbound sales, **telecalling**, or **appointment setting**.
- Must have experience in **real estate**, **property sales**, or similar verticals.
- Knowledge of **Australian suburbs, cities, and abbreviations** is a plus.
- Familiarity with tools like **CRM systems**, **Google Workspace**, or **Salesforce**.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to handle pressure.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding **KPIs**, especially in lead generation or setting appointments.
