**Hours-** 6:30pm-3:30am IST (5 days a week/9 hours a day)

**Experience-** 0 to 3 years into Cold Calling/ Sales representative/Customer Care/ Outbound Calling

**Industry
- **Staffing and Recruiting, IT, Saas based products

**Qualification-** Graduate/ Diploma

**Skills-**
- Excellent communication (both written and verbal)
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Organised and Self Motivated
- Ability to Multi task
- Neutral accent
- Independent and goal driven
- Neck towards Research
- Worked with LinkedIn (LinkedIn Sales Navigator experience is a plus)
- Database management
- Dependable and Sense of Ownership

**Roles and Responsibilities-**
- Call a particular number of potential prospects on a daily basis
- Explain the product/services of the organisation in detail
- Manage all the aspects of the call through proper entries in CRM or Sheets offered before setting up an appointment and maintain reports as requested
- Research about the possible prospect before reaching out and prioritising accordingly
- Ensure of a positive experience of the person on the line
- Field incoming phone calls and convert 50% or more to appointments
- Demonstrate a pleasant disposition with each prospect
- Should be able to Book calendars in various platforms like Calendly, Zoom, MS Teams etc.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
