**Position Overview**: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as a Website Designer, SEO Specialist, and Marketing Operations Manager. This multifaceted role involves designing and maintaining our website, optimizing it for search engines, managing marketing campaigns, and overseeing daily operations to drive our business forward.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Website Design**:

- Design and maintain a visually appealing and user-friendly website.
- Ensure the website is responsive across all devices (mobile and PC).
- Implement dynamic elements and animations to enhance user engagement.
- Create digital assets, including logos and product images.

**SEO**:

- Develop and execute effective SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings.
- Perform keyword research and competitive analysis.
- Optimize website content, meta tags, and images for search engines.
- Monitor and report on SEO performance using analytics tools.

**Operations**:

- Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth functioning of the website and marketing activities.
- Manage content updates, product listings, and customer inquiries.
- Coordinate with other team members and freelancers as needed.

**Marketing**:

- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
- Implement and manage payment gateways, fake order push notifications, discount popups, and countdown timers.
- Create a multi-language support system to cater to international customers.
- Design and optimize the checkout page and thank you page.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in website design, SEO, and digital marketing.
- Proficiency in web design tools (e.g., WordPress, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Strong knowledge of SEO best practices and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush).
- Experience with marketing automation and lead generation.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: ₹9,435.47 - ₹35,297.89 per month
