**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Operational Management**:
- Oversee the daily operations of the hospital, ensuring smooth coordination between departments such as nursing, administration, finance, and support services.
- Implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient hospital operations.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and internal policies.
- Monitor and manage the hospital's budget, including expense control and resource allocation.
- **Staff Management**:
- Supervise hospital staff, including medical professionals, administrative personnel, and support staff.
- Handle recruitment, training, performance evaluations, and development of staff.
- Foster a positive and productive working environment to ensure high morale and staff retention.
- Address staff concerns, grievances, and performance-related issues in a timely manner.
- **Patient Care**:
- Ensure that the hospital delivers high-quality patient care and services.
- Address and resolve any patient complaints or issues promptly.
- Collaborate with medical staff to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Monitor patient flow, ensuring mínimal wait times and efficient service delivery.
- **Financial Management**:
- Develop and oversee the hospital's financial plan and ensure cost-effective operations.
- Monitor revenues, expenditures, and financial performance.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements without compromising patient care.
- **Compliance and Quality Assurance**:
- Ensure that the hospital complies with all relevant healthcare laws, regulations, and standards.
- Lead efforts in achieving accreditation and maintaining compliance with government healthcare policies.
- Implement quality control measures and conduct regular audits to ensure safety and service standards.
- **Strategic Planning**:
- Participate in long-term planning and development of hospital services.
- Collaborate with senior management and board members to set goals and improve hospital performance.
- Analyze healthcare trends, patient needs, and technological advancements to keep the hospital competitive.
- **Risk Management**:
- Identify potential risks related to patient care, staffing, and operations.
- Develop strategies and protocols to mitigate risks and ensure patient and staff safety.
- Handle crisis situations such as medical emergencies, public health issues, and operational disruptions.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Healthcare Management, Hospital Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in hospital management or a senior healthcare administrative role.
- Strong understanding of healthcare regulations, policies, and accreditation standards.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple departments and collaborate effectively with medical professionals.
- Proficiency in financial management, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
**Preferred Skills**:
- Familiarity with hospital management software and electronic health records (EHR).
- Experience with hospital accreditation processes (e.g., NABH, JCI).
- Knowledge of public health trends and challenges in the healthcare industry.
- Ability to lead large teams and drive operational excellence.
- Strong interpersonal skills to handle patient and staff concerns with diplomacy.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
