
Field Sales Executive

**1. Daily LFR Store Visits**
- Visit assigned LFR stores daily to maintain strong relationships.
- Ensure proper product placement and visibility within the store.
- Monitor stock availability and coordinate with the supply chain team for restocking.
**2. Product Feedback Collection**
- Gather feedback from LFR store managers, sales staff, and customers regarding the products.
- Identify issues related to product quality, pricing, or customer preferences.
- Report insights to the management for improvements and strategy updates.
**3. Product Training & Support**
- Provide training to LFR store staff on product features, USPs, and selling techniques.
- Conduct live demonstrations to help store employees understand product benefits.
- Ensure sales teams are well-equipped to answer customer queries.
**4. Sales & Performance Monitoring**
- Track product sales at each store and identify high/low-performing outlets.
- Suggest strategies to improve sales and brand presence in LFR stores.
- Assist in executing promotional campaigns or in-store branding initiatives.
**5. Competitor Analysis**
- Observe competitor product placements, pricing, and promotional activities.
- Provide insights on market trends to help refine sales strategies.
**6. Reporting & Coordination**
- Submit daily reports on store visits, feedback, and training sessions.
- Communicate with the sales team and management to align on goals.
- Address any operational challenges faced in LFR stores and find solutions.
**Qualifications**:
- Any Degree
- experience with relevant field
- good communication required
- Relevant field expereice must ( We are into Mobile accessories Industries)
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Supplemental Pay:
- Yearly bonus
**Education**:
- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)
**Experience**:
