**About the Role**:
We are seeking dedicated and responsible individuals to join our team as Hostel Teacher Staff. This role is ideal for teachers who are passionate about mentoring and guiding students in a residential setting. As a part of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the well-being, discipline, and academic progress of students staying in the hostel. You will also support the overall hostel management and foster a positive, safe, and nurturing environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and monitor the daily activities of students in the hostel.
- Ensure the students adhere to hostel rules and maintain discipline.
- Assist in planning and organizing extracurricular activities and events for students.
- Serve as a mentor, helping students with personal development and emotional support.
- Maintain regular communication with the school management and parents regarding students' progress.
- Help with hostel administration, such as attendance tracking, room allotments, and maintaining records.
- Act as a role model, promoting good behavior, respect, and a positive learning atmosphere.
- Coordinate with kitchen and housekeeping staff to ensure students receive proper meals and that hostel cleanliness is maintained.

**Requirements**:

- BSc or MSc in Science group.
- Prior experience in teaching and/or residential student care is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage and mentor students in a residential environment.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- A compassionate and caring attitude towards student development.
