The role of a Female Hostel Warden within an "institution" specifically for a girls' hostel carries responsibilities tailored to the age group and the specific aims of the institution. **Key Responsibilities**: - Supervise and monitor the daily activities of students in the hostel. - Ensure the students adhere to hostel rules and maintain discipline. - Assist in planning and organizing extracurricular activities and events for students. - Serve as a mentor, helping students with personal development and emotional support. - Maintain regular communication with the school management and parents regarding students' progress. - Help with hostel administration, such as attendance tracking, room allotments, and maintaining records. - Coordinate with kitchen and housekeeping staff to ensure students receive proper meals and that hostel cleanliness is maintained. **Requirements**: - Minimum Qualification is HigherSecondary or Higher - Minimum age above 40 plus only - Prior experience in residential student care is preferred. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills. - Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. - A compassionate and caring attitude towards student development. **Perks and Benefits**: - Free accommodation within the hostel premises. - Free meals provided daily. - Opportunities for professional growth and development. - A supportive and collaborative working environment Pay: From ₹12,000.00 per month **Benefits**: - Food provided Work Location: In person
