Job Description: Operations Executive - Logistics (Import and exports shipments)

Location: Hal 3rd Stage, Kodihalli, Bangalore (Work from office)

Experience: 1-2 years in International Logistics, specializing in the handling of Imports and Exports shipments.

Qualification: Any degree with additional proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.

Language Skills: Fluent in English, Hindi and Kannada.

**Responsibilities**:
Manage and coordinate day-to-day operations related to Imports and Exports in the Freight Forwarding and Logistics domain.

Communicate effectively with vendors and clients to ensure seamless coordination and execution of shipments.

Utilize expertise in International Logistics to optimize shipment processes and resolve operational challenges.

Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word for efficient documentation and reporting.

Possess the ability to navigate and collaborate with shipping lines, leveraging past experience in the field.

Ensure timely and accurate execution of shipments, adhering to industry standards and compliance requirements.

Collaborate with internal teams to streamline operational processes and enhance overall efficiency.

**Requirements**:
1-2 years of relevant experience in International Logistics.

Educational qualification: Any degree.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.

Fluent in both English and Kannada.

Ready to commute for coordination with vendors and clients.

Experience in dealing with shipping lines is an added advantage.

Must have own bike.

**Salary**: Ranging from 25,000 to 30,000 INR.
