**Sales Executive - Exhibitions & Pop-Ups**

**The company ** is at the forefront of the clean beauty movement, offering a D2C skincare line that champions eco-friendly and effective products. Our mission is to empower beauty enthusiasts with skincare solutions that are both beneficial to their health and the environment. As we expand our reach across India, we are looking for passionate individuals to bring our vision and products closer to our customers through engaging exhibitions and pop-ups.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Recruit, train, and lead a small team dedicated to conducting pop-up events and exhibitions.
- Plan and execute a minimum of 4 to 5 pop-up events or exhibitions each month across different cities in India.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets through effective event planning and sales strategies.
- Develop and maintain relationships with venue owners, event organizers, and partners to ensure a wide reach and successful event execution.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to promote events, attract foot traffic, and enhance brand visibility.
- Provide engaging presentations and demonstrations of BiE’s product line, emphasizing the benefits and values of clean beauty.
- Gather customer feedback during events to inform product development and marketing strategies.
- Manage logistics, inventory, and setup for each event, ensuring a professional and brand-aligned presentation.
- Frequent travel across India to oversee and participate in events.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in sales, event management, or a related field, with a track record of meeting sales targets.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to recruit, motivate, and manage a team.
- Strong organizational and planning skills, capable of managing multiple events simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the aptitude to engage and persuade customers.
- Passionate about traveling and the ability to adapt to different cultural and geographical environments.
- Knowledge of the beauty and skincare industry, particularly clean beauty, is highly desirable.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.

**Salary**: ₹400,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
