**What We’re Looking For**:

- Strong writing and reporting skills
- A nose for news and a commitment to accuracy
- Fluency in English and/or Bengali (multilingual ability is a plus)
- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Understanding of digital media and social platforms
- A degree in Journalism, Mass Communication, or related fields preferred
