**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Team Supervision**:

- Oversee and lead the housekeeping team, ensuring they perform their duties effectively and efficiently.
- Train, mentor, and monitor staff on cleaning protocols, hygiene standards, and safety practices.
- Schedule shifts and assign daily tasks to housekeeping staff.
- **Quality Control**:

- Conduct regular inspections of the gaming areas, restrooms, common areas, and any other public spaces to ensure cleanliness and hygiene.
- Address any issues regarding cleanliness or maintenance that need immediate attention.
- Ensure high standards of cleanliness and organization are consistently met across all areas.
- **Inventory and Supplies Management**:

- Manage and maintain housekeeping inventory, including cleaning supplies, equipment, and linen.
- Place orders for supplies in a timely manner to avoid shortages.
- Ensure proper storage and use of cleaning chemicals and materials.
- **Customer Service**:

- Respond promptly to customer complaints or requests related to cleanliness and hygiene.
- Work with other departments to ensure a positive guest experience, including addressing any special cleaning requests.
- **Safety and Compliance**:

- Ensure that all housekeeping staff adhere to safety and health standards and comply with company policies.
- Conduct regular safety and hygiene training sessions for the team.
- Ensure proper handling and disposal of waste, following environmental guidelines.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain records of inspections, inventory usage, and cleaning activities.
- Report any maintenance issues, incidents, or safety hazards to the Operations Manager.
- Provide daily and weekly reports on housekeeping operations and issues.

**Key Requirements**:

- **Experience**: Minimum of 7-8 years of housekeeping experience, preferably in gaming, entertainment, or hospitality.
- **Skills**: Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to train and motivate a team.
- **Knowledge**: Familiarity with cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety protocols.
- **Physical Demands**: Ability to stand, walk, and lift equipment and supplies as needed throughout the shift.
- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent; a diploma or certification in hospitality or related fields is a plus.
